Fun in the Run

I am not a newbie when it comes to fun runs. I have attended a few and those were really, I must say, fun.

Yesterday, my officemates and I joined in to the Apocalypse Run. The event was mainly to run for 5km and as a participant, to challenge oneself with the water and color splash, an obstacle, and to the freakin' zombies chasing after the runners. In other words, be prepared to be "Wet. Wild. Dirty."

We arrived in the venue an hour earlier before the run. What else shall we do? Take pictures! Here below was my ootd (outfit of the day).

The zombies were all scattered everywhere. Of course, I did not miss the chance to have a photo with them.

It was almost 5:30pm when we started running. A fire-truck was ready to water the runners. Then we have to crawl over a mat with color dyes, leaving us dirty. As we run further, participants have to pass an obstacle which looks like this:

Mind you, we had a hard time passing through those garters. Only then when runners will meet my friends: the zombies! Haha, yes! I'm friends with those monsters!

Heading straight to the finish line, I needed to stop because I saw the sun setting in the yellow sky. What a beautiful sight to behold!

True to their tagline, I got wet, wild, and dirty.

Like most of the running events, when a runner has reached the finish line, they gave us freebies and since it's Saturday night, there were bands and a much needed booze to cap off the night. We stayed a little longer but decided to play instead, crazily fun in the grass.

Up to this writing, I am still reeling from last night's fun. I am looking forward to having another exciting and thrilling event like this!

Look Book

In this day and age, we are very free to do anything we want, including the type of clothing, the design, the texture and style we want to wear. What's even more exciting is that we can share it online and allow our followers to see our OOTD or Outfit of the Day.

Just last year, I joined the bandwagon of posting my ootd online. Below are just some and I am sure that there are more to come.

I randomly post my OOTD on my Twitter and Instagram accounts, follow me: @iamfabulud to view it right away.
